Set within the serene surroundings of Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai Spa, Celestial Reset is a pre-sunrise wellness journey designed to harmonise the body’s circadian rhythm and awaken the senses through guided hypnomeditation, sound, and elemental ritual.

As delegates arrive in the quiet stillness before dawn, they are offered an elixir to prepare the body for deep restoration. The experience unfolds through a live hypnomeditation and alchemy sound bath, exploring the space between night and light. It then moves into gentle grounding, opening to the first warmth of sunrise and a sun ritual in the pool, where guests walk in to knee height, connecting with the energy of the sun and the element of water.

Rooted in neuroscience and sensory alchemy, Celestial Reset blends hypnomeditation, frequency sound and circadian light exposure to regulate the nervous system, enhance focus and awaken clarity for the day ahead.
