- What are the visa requirements?
The Emirates website has comprehensive visa requirements here. - Is there an airport shuttle?
We do not have an airport shuttle. Hotel Cars will be available for guests. - If not, then what is the best way to and from the airports?
Hotel Cars will be available (type of vehicle and pricing to be confirmed). - Is there parking on site?
Yes, we do have a parking with 868 parking slots, and valet service will be available. No self-parking has been confirmed yet. - Where is the closest rental car business?
We can assist with rental car options at the Concierge Desk. - What are the fees for early checking and late check out?
If available, we will offer early check-in on a complimentary basis, but please note that it is always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Should the guest wish to guarantee an early check-in, they would need to pre-book the night prior. 50% of the room rate until 6 PM, full rate after 6 PM (subject to availability). - What time is check in?
Check-in time is 3 PM. - What time is check out?
Check-out time is 12 PM. - Does Mandarin Oriental provide luggage storage? If so, for how long and are there fees?
Yes, we can provide luggage storage. We can keep the luggage for up to 48 hours and on comp basis. If the guest wishes us to keep it longer, this is also possible. A fee can be applied if the storage is more than 3 months. In any case, a waiver form with terms and conditions will need to be signed.
