As Amway’s chief operating officer, Asha Gupta is responsible for integrating innovation, end-to-end product development and go-to-market strategies to drive Amway Business Owners’ success. She serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, Amway’s decision-making body focused on developing global strategy and delivering meaningful Amway Business Owner (ABO) and customer experiences. Born and raised in India, she received a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and an MBA in marketing from the University of Mumbai. She attended leadership and general management programs at Yale CEO College, IMD Lausanne and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
