Dr. Gaitanos is the chief operating and scientific officer of Chenot Group. He received his MSc and PhD from Loughborough University (UK) and completed postdoctoral research at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. His research work has been published in numerous medical journals. Dr. Gaitanos has contributed to elite sports performance—including two Olympic Games and the NBA—and has over 30 years’ experience in health promotion and lifestyle medicine. Through his award-winning programs at Chenot Health Wellness Retreats worldwide, he helps people achieve and maintain optimal health for active, fulfilling lives at any age.
