An Analysis of the 2026 Global Glimpse Projects
Prepared as a companion to Susie Ellis’s 2026 Global Glimpse presentation at the fifth annual Wellness Real Estate & Communities Symposium, the new Wellness Real Estate Atlas offers a deeper analysis of the over 75 leading wellness real estate and community projects around the world through the lens of the Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness Communities & Real Estate Initiative (WCREI).
Using WCREI’s six-pillar framework—social, physical, mental, environmental, economic and civic wellbeing—the Atlas examines how wellness is being integrated across diverse geographies and development models. The report was prepared by Jean-François Garneau, Chief Development Officer at INITIAL Real Estate, Founder of ALIŌ – Building Wellbeing, Switzerland, and Co-Chair of WCREI, together with Teri Slavik-Tsuyuki, Principal of tst ink.
