Refund and Fulfillment Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital and delivered via download we offer no refunds.

If there was any issue with the quality of your download, please contact us and we will gladly address and replace the file.

Please note, failure to receive a digital download product due to the client opting out from receiving marketing communications does not negate fullfilment. Should this occur, the client may contact info@globalwellnesssummit.com and provide a one-time-use email for receipt of purchased product. The client has the option to opt out of marketing communications, but keep “Direct Communications Only,” to ensure receipt of purchased products.
