Global Healthcare Executive, and Co-Founder, Unlocking Eve, Switzerland
Eva McLellan is a global healthcare executive at Roche, co-founder of Swiss-based Unlocking Eve and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Leadership. A scientist by training, she brings nearly 20 years of biotechnology leadership experience across Canada, Europe and Switzerland, with a focus on transforming health systems and unlocking breakthrough performance. Eva holds degrees in science and a Master’s in Biotechnology from the University of Toronto and is an INSEAD General Management graduate. A global health pioneer and advocate for women’s health, she serves on industry boards, bringing expertise in strategic governance, enterprise transformation, and system-scale innovation, with a particular focus on creating long term value at the intersection of human and planetary health.
