Ramona Chiriac is Vice President, Global Impact at Therme Group, with more than two decades of experience across European policy, diplomacy, international relations, and public leadership. A career diplomat, she previously served as Head of the European Commission Representation in Romania (2021–2026) and as Consul General of Romania in Munich (2016–2021). At Therme Group, Ramona leads the Global Impact function, advancing international partnerships and thought leadership at the intersection of wellbeing, cities, culture, sustainability, and human flourishing. Her work explores the growing role of wellbeing in public policy and how governments, cities, and businesses can create the conditions for people and communities to thrive.
