Shunya (previously Victor Koo) is the co-founder and ambassador for Tianren Culture, a Hong Kong–based next-generation social service platform dedicated to “One with Nature”, a philosophy of interconnectedness among the nature, humanity, and other sentient beings. Its focus is to promote “One Wisdom, One Health” by encouraging and enabling contemplative wisdom and practices, especially those rooted in Asian philosophies. Shunya previously founded Heyi Holdings, incubated Youku, led it to NYSE listing and sale to Alibaba, and is now Chair Emeritus of Heyi Holdings. He holds an MBA from Stanford and a BS from UC Berkeley.
