P&G buys supplements maker Thorne for $3.8 billion as wellness push intensifies
Procter & Gamble is acquiring supplements maker Thorne for $3.8 billion in cash from LVMH-backed private equity firm L Catterton, the companies said on Tuesday, as the consumer goods giant deepens its push into health and wellness to capitalize on growing demand for self-care products.
