Important Information:

  • The whole experience in Zulal is designed for those seeking a path of reset and reflection.  We therefore encourage you to leave all your electronic devices such as mobile phones, cameras, e-book, iPad in your room and enjoy the calm and private spaces of Zulal Wellness Resort throughout your journey
  • They are a non-smoking resort, and they request not to smoke in the public areas and your room. Smoking may only be allowed in a designated outdoor area. You may request staff assistance to guide you to the location
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the resort. To stay true to your health and wellness journey, they encourage you to choose from their fine selection of dining outlets and healthy menus
  • Their health and wellness centre consists of highly trained therapists, and as per the state guidelines, they practice same-gender therapists for each of their guests

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 4:00 PM local hotel time three days prior to arrival to avoid 100% cancellation penalty charge.
