Teri Slavik-Tsuyuki has brought to life some of the most recognizable, holistic brands in community and resort development. For a decade, she was chief marketing officer for Newland, where she was responsible for new community start-ups, planning and creating 11 communities in four years. Today, she works with community developers and designers to create places driven by consumer insights about how people who will live there want to live. She writes regularly for the National Association of Home Builders.
