Jonathan (Jon) Canarick is managing partner of North Castle with 19 years of consumer private equity investment experience. He actively manages the firm’s investments across a range of healthy, active, and sustainable living sectors and across all job functions at North Castle.

Jonathan (J.J.) Gantt serves as president and chief financial officer of Barry’s, the original global high-intensity interval training boutique fitness concept. Previously, he was a member of the M&A and treasury team at Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Lou Lentine, CEO and founder of Echelon Fitness and chairman of Viatek Consumer Products Group, embodies the definition of entrepreneur, filing for more than 100 patents and selling over a billion dollars of product in the past few years alone. Echelon Fitness is raising the bar on at-home connected fitness by making wellness accessible and affordable for everyone.
